Winteria has developed a method for robust quality assurance of welded structures.
Most of the welded products are many times 20-40% heavier than necessary due to lack of reliable methods for quality assurance of welded high strength steel structures, which are more sensitive against imperfections compared to mild steel structures. By implementation of the method in production, the productivity can be increased with 50%, the production cost can be reduced and the component weight can be further optimized.
